Another New 1883-O Morgan Purchase

This coin is kind of funky... it looks fugly straight on, but under the light, it looks like it has semi-PL fields, and nice color image And there's some writing in the coin... most have toned from a piece of paper with some wording on it? Didn't even notice the letters until I was editing the picture... image

    What does that say on the obverse?!?
    Always looking for attractive rim toned Morgan and Peace dollars in PCGS or (older) ANA/ANACS holders!

    putting together a MS 60 and up Morgan set....60% complete...otlher 40% probably take the rest of the decade!
