I checked the cert #.
That's a MS 68DCAM for sure.
It's the only one that I have seen. So I will go along with your pop 1 til another shows up.

The database always includes what's on the label... if the label's wrong, the database is, as well. Check against all coins listed as the wrong date/denomination/mint etc...
