    Bottom left corner area looks brutal. Maybe the scan is distorting the image.

    Even enlarged, the file size is only 50KB - too blurry to really see the card. But, it looks more like an 8 to me?
    Still, a really nice card - but the difference in price there would be immense!

    edit: if that's a 9, then so is this 53T Garcia. I graded it an 8 but have not submitted it yet.

    There is no way PSA would grade that higher than an 8.
