1966 SMS No FG Kennedy Half

Hola everyone. I'm in a good mood today. Check out what I got

Got it on the bay for $20

You could tell it had potential when you see the really shiny obverse. Once she sent me a pic of the reverse it was mine. Sorry if the pics aren't up to standard. I can guarantee though that there is not a single trace of the initials present. From what it looks like in hand it looks like it will grade MS65

    Congrats... I recently sold a NGC MS67 No-FG for Ken... it sold for about $150 image Pop 8/0 coin at NGC... image

    The half is really pretty tough but high grades aren't especially uncommon.

    It looks like a nice quarter in the set too!

    Very nice find. What I love about those coins is the absolute lack of detail on the eagle, and the field BETWEEN the nose and eye that was created from the overpolishing. image

    Because of agressive polishing of the die image The FG most be completely gone...
