90CC VAM question

Looking at the date of this 90CC, I see some apparent doubling under the 90. It is not a 90CC VAM 7. Any thoughts as I am a VAM idiot.

    Hmmm...

    I'd say it's a slightly later die state (less obvious) of VAM 3. Nice find!
    When in doubt, don't.
