anyone ever won one of these

scam ebay auction??

It's one of those were you have a "chance" to get a great card. Wondered if anyone had dared tried one of these.
Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!

If you look at the purchasers of these type Dutch auctions you will find EBAYers of low or no feedback........Novice buyers who do not know any better.

The tip off that it's a scam is that you can only buy 5 lots. Otherwise, someone would buy up all 400+ lots to get the cards he's pictured and it would only cost about $6000-$8000. Sounds like a lot, but when you start with a PSA graded mantle and then add the other pictures, it would be a good buy. I'd say the seller has no intention of giving the Mantle or any other good cards away, and by limited the amount a buyer can purchase, he's guaranteeing that he doesn't have to. Just my opinion.
  • it's worse than the sportscard infomercial that comes on at 2am with all the "Gem Mint"

  • Someone here should buy one lot and leave positive feedback stating "HOLY CRAP I GOT THE MANTLE".image
