    No doubt about it, it is a Type 1.

    I assume the coins belongs to you. My question to you is, Is it a CAM? If so, .................WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!
    (after looking for years at 1956 proof frankies I have found only one Type 1 which is brilliant and would maybe grade PF64)

    It's not a cameo, and currently resides in a PR65 rattler.

    I grabbed it for about what it's worth as a PR65.

    it also seems a bit less than what they are currently grading as PR65. i cracked an undesignated ICG PR68 and was rewarded with a shimmering and essentially flawless undergrade that's going nowhere fast. no haze, no die polish, no strike weakness, no marks----only across the coin brilliance.....................and PR65!!!!!
