I also picked up an old PCI holder 1835 Bust half. Unfortunately, it has an old cleaning. Hey, it was cheap. Trying to find unmolested Bust material is nearly impossible as you know.

Agreed, tough, very tough but not impossible. I search very hard and do find some. My check book balance tells me so lately. I just haven't been posting them. I don't need the competition.

Nice circulated Barbers, Eric. Are you having fun slumming in the same collecting neighborhood I've been living in? I moved to original circulated Barberville over five years ago, after some overhyped Morgans (and a time-consuming used computer business) had kept me away from collecting for the previous twelve years.
Here's one of 4 Barber dimes which were waiting for me behind the bullet-proof windows at my local post office this morning.
OK, it's a better date and bettet grade, albeit with a few unsightly marks. Still I congratulate you for rediscovering the fun in finding beauty in this often derided, usually well worn series.

You know Paul, if I didn't see you post to this thread I was going to send you an email. I was certain you would appreciate these under appreciated coins.
Eric, couldn't help but notice your straying into other coins than Morgans. Doing a Type set maybe ?
Nice old original looking coins I've been seeing in your posts.
I'm doing a Dansco 7070 type set in circulated coins to have around the house to show the children if any are interested. Well, maybe the grandkids will come along soon.

Back to the Barbers, here is the other Barber coin I got today, an 1899 dime:

Sitting on 33/73 of the set right now.
Was able to get the 1892-S last weekend in nice VG condition.
I think Barbers of all kinds are some of the best looking lower grade coins around.
