1898 S Morgan dollar post.. What would PCGS do with this one if cracked and sent in for grading ?

As you can see, this one has been stripped of its luster IMO. Could this be a result of NCS conservation or someone else having over dipped it. Regardless, NGC graded it MS-64, obviously from lack of luster as this coin has MS-66 features without the luster. I'd like to see others for comparision. What do you think ?

    This was a PCGS MS64. I don't think I own it any more. I'll have to check. The images are a scan, however, not a picture, so the luster isn't evident. Coin actually had very nice luster, but enough grade limiting field marks to justify the MS64 grade.

    Nope, don't own it anymore. Sold in Feb. 2004 for $540. Wish I had it back.image
