do VERY low end coins amuse the graders?

Thanks again for spending part of your valuable day with us.
Lately, a handful of us odd-balls on the message boards have been sending in VERY low-grade material in hopes of attaining the elusive Poor-01 and Fair-02 grades. My question is, do the graders find these coins amusing. Do they not care? Does working the bottom of the grading scale give them fits or keep them sharp? Have they noticed an increase in low-end submissions?

When in doubt, don't.

Hi Dennis,
There is a long tradition of a few guys who have always pursued the elusive "world's worst type set."
This is actually an esoteric pursuit that appeals to many long term numismatists, including all of us at PCGS. We always grade these important coins carefully...and I am not kidding.
Thanks,
David
