This ripoff is getting a bit too high for me to ignore. Absolutely a fake and since he's hidden the bidders there's no way to warn them. I reported it to ebay over the weekend, but they've done nothing:

Ebay sucks. They don't care if people get burned. They only care if they get their commission. I have emailed them 5 minutes into an auction and warned them of fraud. They don't care one bit. If I could go in and strangle whoever thought of the automated reply at ebay I would consider doing a 10-15 year bid at the state pen.
