every time i see any choice/gem red matte proof lincoln cent there are more often than not many distractions like fly specks toning dots/spots streaky stained uneven coloration in the surfaces of these still full red coins?
are there any specific dates where it is easier to get a nice evenly full red non stained or streaky matte proof lincoln cent?

They are all hard to get in cherry spot-free condition. I feel they are very rare and quite un-appreciated.
