Just another reason why I refuse to use FEDEX. I have had nothing but extremely bad luck using that company to ship numismatic items. I deal with plenty of people that do use them, I refuse.

Does FedEx insure for that much?

I am going through the same experience, only at a much smaller scale with the USPS!

Now that 'money' is tied up until they decide to pay up!

FEDEX doesn't insure coins taken for shipment. I'm sure Heritage has their own policy.
