Here's a new 1878-CC PCGS MS-63 PL Morgan Dollar which I won at auction tonight. It's in the most recent PCGS holder, and appears to be a very nice MS-63 PL, which according to the seller may have some claims towards DMPL.
These photos are from the seller. I'll update the forum after receiving and examining the coin in person, as always!!

I agree that it's got nice cameo contrast and feel that the mirrors are probably deeply PL, perhaps even bordering on DMPL except for the slight haziness in the central areas of the reverse.
