(219) Different 1974 Topps PSA 9s preebay sale as either Starter Set or Individually

I just received from PSA a large submission of 1974s. The submission included 219 different PSA 9s. I would like to give the registry guys the opportunity to buy individually to fill holes and I will sell the remainder as a starter set.
