Anyone else having problems with Paypal?

I can't seem to send $$ today. It keeps freezing on the last screen.

Had some wierd things happening on ebay and paypal earlier seems to be OK now.

If it is giving instaed of taking I haven't seen any problems yet....

Works on my end- still owe thousands..........
