1950 Bowman question

I have a scan of this card but the scan is too large to be posted....I have a 1950 Bowman Williams. Did they have a problem with cutting the cards? The card is cut at an angle at the bottom. The card, at it's shortest point measures the same against regular cut Bowmans. The card is cut at angle and is larger on the bottom left side. Does PSA grade factory miscuts, if this is what I have?

    According to what I've heard from other guys here. They will not grade it because it is too big for there holder because of the miscut.
