He was paid immediately following the auction. I paid by PayPal (I had to use a confirmed address-because of his silly rules) I still have not received the coin.

Scam artist?

Okay, this guy is getting fishier and fishier by the minute. Now he has already given me positive feedback which tells me he is probably a lurker on this forum and saw this public lynching thread.

I think I will add him to my blocked seller list. Can I do that?

He has me so confused I just may leave him positive feedback as a sort of a reverse psychology thing!
