Andy- I ain't really active in that stuff right now but have wanted the book for a while. I can't quite justify buying a new one right now, even if I probably should. I would be in the market for a slightly older (read: cheaper) copy, though.
Or if I do break down and buy a new one later, now I know who to buy it from!

Fair enough. I'll be happy to keep a look out for a second hand copy at fairs, etc... If I find one, I'll let you know.
<< <i> I have that one too Mac, wonder when they will issue a new edition?? >>
I've heard they aren't printing this book anymore. I dunno. I wanted more for the numismatic info contained within.
I first obtained my copies of Peck and Freeman some time ago, then, Cope & Rayner, Rayner's ESC, and Mr. Davies book....now, I need to sell some of these Lightside books!!
Coincraft is a great book, you'll enjoy it very much Mac. I have also heard that the 2000 edition will be the last one, which is a shame because it contains such a wealth of information.

Before I get Coincraft, though, I wanna get the Seaby/Spink Scottish/Irish book. I have the Brit book.

That's a good price for the CoinCraft book! It's a very good read - you'll enjoy it I'm sure.

I have heard that too, MacCrimmon. It's a shame as it's a good book.
