Quick way to find insert odds?

I've been thinking about starting to buy more sealed retail and hobby boxes. Does anyone know of a resource that has the per pack odds for autos/game used/inserts for the various sets of cards?

I usually go to the company web sites but they don't always give you useful info. Topps particularly sucks, as they are slow to even put up checklists. It's nice when ebay sellers put odds info right in the listing.

look at a sire like dave and adams, they usually list the odds. You can always look on the back of the pack/box
