Will ANACS Attribute "So-Called Zerbe" on 1921-P Morgans?

Does anyone know? I know SEGS does, but I thought I read somewhere that ANACS was going to start or does do it or something.

I've seen "Zerbe Dies" with an MS6X designation on ANACS holders. These didn't look like proofs, but somebody on Teletrade bid them up to $700 or so. According to Randy Campbell, ANACS does not recognize the Zerbe as a proof coin.
