Is this a DDR?

It's a 1959-D Lincoln that has this type of doubling all over the reverse. Look at the E:

  • ? looks interesting. Could be. Split serif. Are there any known for this date? Can you rotate the picture so it is not so hard to look at the CA in America seems to have strike doubling but it is hard to tell.
  • If this is a DDR, it's a new one on me. Never heard of it but as clack said, it is interesting.

    There's no discernible doubling in that photo.

    There are minor doubled die reverses known for 1959D cents, but I don't think this is one of them.
