1900 O/CC Morgan

Would it be worth it to by a 1900 O/CC Morgan in VG for $25.00? How rare is this over mint mark. Is there potential here? Thanks for the replies.

    First figure out if it's O or CC. IF it is CC it is a good buy. In other mint marks, 25 dollars for a vg is not a very great deal. I can get them for 12.50 or so in vg.

    This is an O over CC mint mark variety.
