    These are pretty tough; probably well fewer than 1%. Were either found in circulation?

    I've found three but never one in circulation.

    I got the first one two years ago in a roll of circulated 39's for face value. I got this one from the coin shop nickel box for one dollar.

    Great find, Ken. My ANACS pop report is the March 2004 one, listing as just DDR (could be 1 or 2, I guess) says 11 in xf40/12 in 45/9 in au50. Listing as fs-022 die-1 is 25 in 40/19 in 45/41 in 50. Didn't check pcgs or ngc, they obviously have not been attributing them as long as ANACS.
