2 PCGS PR70DCAM Ikes in the Superior Auction!!!

I looked at them today -- without a loupe they look like nice 69s. I could see a couple flaws in the mirrors of each one with my naked eye.

Is it possible to truly have a perfect Ike??? I think the coin is just too big to be perfect.

The vast expanse of the fields lends itself to imperfections.

Thoughts???

I'm not so sure about lot #4486, maybe it's just the holder, but it looks like the coin has some problems. Unless you just want the coin for your registry set, I'd have to look at it closer.

Either way though, it's nice to see ANY PR70 DCAM Ike... there are so few of them!

Put the microscope back in the closet and buy a 69 for pennies on the dollar .

just make sure if you buying the coins do not break them out of their respective holders then you do got pennies on the dollar

Didn't even need a microscope or a loupe, the problems were readily apparent with the naked eye.

I'm curious to see how many multiples these 2 coins sell for above the avg. price of a 69.

I've always wondered about this (concerning ICG)... I'm willing to cut people some slack with the PR coins, but not the MS70's.

What is the lot# on the other PR70 coin (it didn't come-up in the search result for me)? (Thanks)
