modern question 03 red and blue backs

A couple years ago when I was opening a few boxes of 03 Topps I came upon some of these cards. My question is are the red backs less plentiful then the blue? I ask because if I remm I would get one per box and I have 4 blue and 1 red. I have been trying to put this set together as of late. thanks in advance for any replies.
