membership free coin submissions?

probably beeen asked and answered,but will PCGS take error coins
on these submissions along with any regular submissions and attribute
them on the holder.
have eight submissions and after about a year have only come up
couple cracked planchets, 1948D/D Roosevelt(unc) and 1942 Merc(VG/F),
that i really care anything about having certified.
Better to stick to ANACS with these?
