Well.....NGC holds true

I recently sent in a very, very, rare variety (one of 6 known) to NGC. It was in a PCI slab (problem free) but was rejected due to cleaning. Although disappointed, credit must be be given...the cleaning was subtle. Accurate grading rules!!!!
