MS 70 Morgans

The first edition of the PCGS grading and counterfeit detection book has color picutres of MS Morgans from MS60-70. The MS70 coin pictured is stunningly beautiful and has me curious. Is it a coin that has in fact been graded and encapsulated by PCGS at MS70?

    It's a digitally enhanced photo. So far we have graded a Morgan MS70, but I believe it is possible for one to exist.
