Thanks Eric for the great camera. These are straight out of the box, no manual adjustments by me. I have to drive to UPS tommorrow to pick up my Testrite CS2 with lights. So this weekend I should show off some better pictures. The controls seem pretty technical to me right now. Practice makes perfect! This is a 70 Proof Set I picked up that had coins with some color to them! Lee

Pretty good for your first try.

The 5700 is not a point and shoot camera, so you should go over the manual, especially the P S A and M modes and learn about the settings. They will make quite a difference when you start taking closeups in the stand.
