Answer
It was first done by the states in 1793 or 1794
-The first silver dollars were authorized by Congress in 1792 and issued in 1794 (though they may have been minted in 1793, but I wasn't there)
After the Peace ended,
-Silver dollars were minted on and off since then, until the end of the Peace dollars in 1935
the victorious leader of the Wars was honored,
-General Dwight D. Eishenhower was the commanding general of the victorious forces in Europe during World War II and as President obtained a truce in Korea. He was honored by being placed on the new US Dollar coin in 1971
but not with the same core that was always used before.
-Starting in 1971 the dollars were clad and the days of US Silver Dollars had come to an end.

Edited to add, this is on behalf of my ten year old son.
1794 -- first year the silver dollar was struck
After Peace ended, means that this coin came after (a dollar)
To honor victorious leaders (Eisenhower)
But not with the same core (clad)
So, the answer is 1971 and the coin missing from the picture -- the 1971 Ike $1
...but you said 1793, and he doesn't think there were any $1 made in 1793
Well, he'll go with 1971 anyway
The Peace was a dollar coin from 1921-35, excluding 64, which made the event after then
Eisenhower was a major leader in Europe durring WWII
1971 was the first year a dollar was produced of a clad composition
I'm going to say the issuing of the Ike Dollar in 1971 as my answer. Thanks you veyr much for holding this generous giveaway!!
