1960 Boston Patriots Game program

Today I was given a game program from 1960 between the Boston Patriots and the Denver Broncos. I was told that this was the first game that the boston Patriots played.
Can anyone give me a ballpark on its value. I did a quick google search on it and found an auction with a price of about $165.
I am not really interested in selling it but would appreciate any suggestions on how to store it for safekeeping.
Thanks

As for storage though, I store all my better programs and magazines much the same as my non-graded cards. I place the magazine or program and a backer board in a magazine size soft sleeve, or "mag bag" as I hear people refer to them as, and then slip the whole thing in a magazine size top loader. All these supplies can usually be found wherever they sell comics and supplies.
