See pics. The cc has great flash to it and the luster breaks are more pronounced in the image than in real life, typical 64 cc from pcgs. The other morgan has a nice textile look to it that didn't show well in the image but looks quite nice in person. The reverse shows some evidence of a die clash. And, yes, I believe it would have no trouble crossing into PCGS at 65.
