OT-Question for you website techies out there

I am using ChannelAdvisor (formerly GoTo) for as my auction management service and have an independent website hosting service. As we have grown exponentially in the past couple of years, we are having a problem trying to keep our inventory straight. When we sell an item on eBay that is also on our website, we have to remove it from the website manually, and conversely, when we sell an item on the website, we have to take it out of ChannelAdvisor manually. This is rapidly becoming a real pain in the neck (and lower). We have found systems that will handle both functions, but they want $1,000+ a month for their services. Other services will integrate the eBay auctions and website, but not eBay store items. Does anybody know of a service provider that can handle all functions at a reasonable rate?
