However it does not feel or sound like silver. Might be German Silver - Nickel Silver.
melt value? negative time face. you'd put more cost into the melting it and purifying it than any silver is worth.
whacky collector value,... up to $45. sheesh.
It has two raised scratches on the obverse, and a light seam on the edge.
or maybe the uber-rare double obv gouged "Lighting Bolt" Frankie!!
