1957 Cameo Franklin Graded by USGCS

Not my coin or pictures. This Franklin is graded by USGCS. Anyone know anything about this grading company? It's graded PR65 Cameo? What were their grading standards like? I think they were part of Paramount Stamp and Coin somehow. Either way I think it's pretty Cool! Thanks for your thoughts and comments!!! Lee

That might be the submitter of the coin. The old ANACS photo cards used the same "registered to" line as this one.
