one of them now you see it now you don't mintmarks. All coins have mintmarks. Just depends on your frame of colorimage

It certainly does make me think, anyway.

What are we supposed to notice in these pics, ozzysdad? If you give us an idea of what you are seeing, then we can give you some sort of coherent answer.

Also, I love your icon coin, where did you get it and is it available?

Edited to add: I know I said I was done replying to you, but if you can ask an honest (and cogent) question I'll try one more time to give you an honest answer.

You're gonna leave for good this time?image
  • I think you did more than "adjust the color" on this one.
That mint mark definitely looks added in the Andy Warhol colored images.

But you never actually asked a question. You put up some cryptic pictures of a busted up penny, and a few rhetoricals. Was there, indeed, a question?

I see by the filenames that it's an overdate but I can't tell from the pictures. What's the last scan for? Comparison purposes? I am confused about this post too.

  • I see a possible die clash or something. Looks like a portion of a date is rotated under the date, next to Lincoln's jacket. Is that what you are trying to show? It also looks like a rotated profile under Lincoln too.
A 1943 copper Lincoln will still only buy a gumball out of the machine, but you can purchase the machine and the store with that same cent.

Can we see a regular, non-adjusted, pic of the coin. Just one that has not been put thru the gamma cycle. Then please follow the "NORMAL" pic with ONE - just one - "NORMAL QUESTION" ???
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"
