HINT: I had a number in my head when I sent this coin off and PCGS topped it by two points.

From the images, I would say its a no-brainer 62 RB- However, I learned long ago on the Bay of E that grading from images is a sure way to spend a lot of money that would have been better spent at a coin shop or show image

I can only hope that PCGS didn't scratch it to make sure it was real!image

Just as someone guessed above I was expecting it to come back MS-62 and they gave it an MS-64.

It has not come back yet, but as soon as I get it I will drop it and then spend two weeks asking all of you if they will re-holder it for me for free.image

I think you should get a second opinion on that grade. Smash that holder and send the coin to me. Not only will I reslab it in an AirTite for you, but also will supply you with free storage in my safety deposit box! Whadda deal!! image

  • Dimitri and Terry - ye old dead king did not ask us to grade the coin, he asked us to guess what grade PCGS gave the coin, thus I was giving the coin a 63 and figured that PCGS would give it a 65.
