Problem with certification number

So I receved my latest purchase today, a Washington, and when I try and enter it into my set, I get an error message that says coin not valid with this set. So then I do a certification verification, and it comes up as a PR69 1998W $50 Eagle. I guess I should contact customer service because it sure looks like a Washington to me. Anyone ever run into this problem?
