Ever seen a Bigelow proof set holder before?

I picked this up at the Lansing (MI) show yesterday - I have never seen this type of holder before. The paper wrapper is a greenish color (didn't come out in the photo) with the black insert inside. The insert has two mylar slides to protect the coins from contact with the outside environment. But as you can see, the silver coins have have taken on a nice blue toning - presumably from the cardboard they reside in. I have seen this pattern of toning before, but didn't know where it came from.

Does anyone know when these were available? I am trying to figure out how long this 1954 set has been in the holder.

I bought a '52 set in a Bigelow holder a month or so ago. Many years in the business and yours is only the second one I've seen.

They aren't common, but I saw a bunch in a Superior Auction a while back. There had to be more that a dozen proofs sets, nicely toned in those original holders. BTW -- they all went for huge money. The toning wasn't great, but all the sets appeared to be nice and original.
