A stupid question, but I have never dropped off cards for PSA (always done by mail). To drop off at the show do I just fill out the forms and drop off and thus avoid shipping charges? Any other advantage to dropping them off at the show? Is PSA there all day collecting or only certain times of day?

PSA will be set up at the show for the entire length.

When dropping them off, you'll just need you submission form filled out. You can do that in advance or fill it out at the table.
Once at the table the rep will go over your order to be sure things are submitted under the correct service levels, check return shipping, etc.

Everybody make sure to wave your cash at Mr. Mint. I know that in Chicago, he always has the first table in front of the entrance. Not a big fan of his.
