1889-P Morgan - Doubled blossoms and leaves

This is another purchase from earlier today. I picked it up because I saw the doubling on the obverse blossom and upper leaf. Looked at it closer after I left. I think it's machine doubling. It shows up on the area near the cotton blossoms and the wheat stalks. When I started checking photos, I noticed one matched. Didn't have anything to do with the doubling, but it looks like a VAM 35. The die gouge lines in the blossoms match the photo perfectly. Bought for the wrong reason, but worked out in a different way. I know it's always hard to tell from photos, but does it look like machine/strike doubling?
