Is there a chance that NGC will grade a coin 69 Ultra cameo now?

Or are they still trying to be very "tight". I have one coin that I want to submit to NGC for grading. It's a 1969 S dime and the difference is roughly $110 between the 68 Dcam grade and the 69 Dcam grade. Where would I be most likely to get a grade of 69 Dcam? PCGS, NGC, or ANACS. I honestly think this coin makes PR 69Dcam but will NGC agree?

No, but they might grade one 69 Ultra Cameo.

NGC isn't that tight, nor is PCGS.... 69UCAM/DCAM is still a very possible grade for those late 60s coins... I made a '69 Kennedy in PF69UCAM last Fall, and MadMartha makes them ALL the time!!! At both services...

If the coin deserves a 69UCAM/DCAM it will get one... Just ask Relayer!!
