Yea, that isn't a dig under the 3rd pillar. It is the edge of the microscope eyepiece. From my cut and paste attempt to get my digital camera to take pictures when placed against the eyepiece of my antique microscope It is actually three pictures cropped and compounded into one so that the picture would cover the steps all the way across. You think a TPG would slab it?
I don't think they give strike designators on Errors... though I could be wrong, of course... but it's hard to check, since errors aren't in the Pop Reports
Ok then... I remember some discussion about this recently, where some Jeff collectors would purposely get off center coins, for their sets that were FS, because the regular ones were so tough in FS...

I don't see why not. Both PCGS and NGC slab off-center errors.
