I like the part where he shows an "email" that paypal sent him, containing bad grammar and punctuation, as well as using their own company name and the word "scheme" in the same sentence. Yeah, that's something successful businesses do.
What about the part where he says there are other similar schemes listed, so that makes it approved. It just has not been reported.. This is a violation of Paypal as wells as Ebay rules.
It's a Ponzi scheme. It violates the rules, but it also violates the criminal code of every state, and since it involves transferring money electronically, it's probably Federal criminal mail fraud as well.
