I Think They Hate Me

I am beginning to think PCGS Hates me. I week ago I sent a request for free grades for my registry set. I got back the automatic notification that they would respond in three bussiness days. No Responce as of yet. I have also asked several questions on the Q&A Board. None of them were answered.

The Q&A isn't really for things like that

They don't hate you... Q and A questions are usually answered once a week and all of the questions I have ever asked have been answered. Sometimes things just do not move at the speed we think they should...

I email customer service and always get a response.

The 3 day reply thing is sort of a general estimate. It took a little over 3 days when I emailed them.

I emailed them yesterday about my submission the post office claims they got 2/4 but they have not yet posted. I got a response back in an hour.
