Okay ... Krause latest edition says $80.00 UNC, $32.50 EF.

Spink says £75 UNC, £45 EF.

Has that "unc" look to me from those pics. Is it?

Nice 1902 shilling. It's hard to say from the picture of the obverse if it is uncirculated - might be AU or EF just as easily. The reverse, as almost always with this series, will grade higher.
