1965 Topps Football

Has anyone seen much of this unopened? I have only seen one unopened pack. Does anyone know if vending boxes were made?

I opened plenty of these in 1965 but I haven't seen any on eBay. Not sure if they ever did vending for this set, have you ever checked Mark Murphy's book for it?

Football wax packs from 1968 or earlier are almost never available for purchase.
On the occasions when they are, the rarer years go for $ 500 + and 1965 would be $ 1,000 ++++.

    Figure even more for cellos.
Have never seen a football vending box from the 1960's or earlier,
but if you could find one, I'd guess a minimum of $ 10,000 for a 1965 Topps box.

  • 1965 Topps football packs have always been rare. Even 10-15 years ago, you would have been lucky to find one for $750+ from Mark Murphy or Darren Prince.

Have any been graded by GAI?
