Value of PCI VS PCGS in lower cross grade+ ???

I have a couple of PCI (gold) Proof 66 Cam Franklins ( '53 and '54).

Both have definate Cam obverse, the 53 is a liitle light on the reverse.

Most people here have have reccomended cracking out instead of a min. cross ( I.E. any PR cam).

If I did crack out:
1). send at the same time?
2). send the stronger first?
3). Send weaker one first?

Any reccomended preparatio/dip to help the cam? (Multiple acetone/IPA/DI?)

Economy/ express/ have dealer submit?

Opinions on potential resale value of a PCGS pr 65/66 non-cam designation vs. keeping it PCI 66 cam.

(I would like them for my registry set, and really don't want to sell them soon, or mis-represent them)

Thanks in advance!
