HOF Player Set - How do you add a player?

I have tried to add three HOF players and each time I am getting an error message stating the card is not part of the set. I do not want to have to email BJ or Gayle every time.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks
collecting various PSA and SGC cards

    I've experienced it too. I think you have to email. I got 2 or 3 entered on my post 51 HOF set and the rest all got that error...that kind of sucks about having to email (if that is the way to get it fixed), I'd hate to take away resources from getting player sets and such updated!

    Neil - list them for addition all at one time, and then send one email with all the cert IDs for missing spec #s. I've found that most of these are fixed within 2 business days.

    1420sports - I have this happen a few times a month with my Hockey Hof registry set. If you add a particular card that has never been used before it does not let you add that card. I email every time and within a couple of days the problem is resolved.
